The Empowered Nutrition Meal Plans have a total of three different phases that make up this program. In each of the three phases you will get 84 step by step daily meal plans. When you finish each of the phases you will go on to the next and do the same every 84 days. I really like that fact that you can do as much or as little as you like in regards to the phases. If you just do one phase you will see dramatic results, phase two will continue those results and phase three is more optional.
