Don't ignore the pain: If you feel excessive pain or any other issue with your body, don't just ignore it. Go for a proper checkup immediately. May be the program you have chosen is not meant for your age group or may not be meant for your fitness level. Most of the programs have refund option so money should not be a concern at all.
