Eyesight exercises can improve your eyesight with ease

Our eyes are frequently compared to our muscles and specs are frequently compared to “crutches”. A few vision|eyesight “gurus” believe that through wearing specs, you weaken your eye muscles and decay your vision|eyesight. Hence, they concluded, you need to perform eye exercises to “strengthen” them.

But is that for real?

Think about it. What are the awful vision habits that make your vision to decay from the beginning? Staring and peeking in the dim situation makes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… if anything makes vision degenerate, it is not “sluggish eye muscles”, it is strain!

The phrase “eye exercises” are very much misleading. They’re actually, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises calms your eye muscles, not strengthen them! They achieve that through simulating proper vision habits and when you perform them regularly, you’ll subconsciously get the ideas beneath them.

When you once again obtained proper vision habits, your eyes will naturally see clearly again. Spectacles are awful not because it “weakens” your eye muscles… they are awful because they didn’t allow your eye muscles to unwind!

Just like your other senses, sight should be effortless. You don’t find yourself “trying” to hear, touch, smell or taste. Even if you plan to do so, you can’t. That’s the goal you are aiming for: effortless sight! Also it could only be achieved if you get rid of your specs and perform eye relaxation exercises. Naturally, constantly make sure you put on your specs whenever you engage in hazardous activities such as driving or crossing the road!

However, you should also think about how not wearing glasses will influence your vision habit. Will it make you strain even more? If this is the case, you should think about buying glasses with 2 to 3 degrees lower than your prescription for vision improvement. This will enable you to see effectively well but at the same time enables room for betterment.
